We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Quality Guarantee

  • If your book or print art arrives defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. However, if you encounter any issues with your digital download, please contact us for assistance.

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged and a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
  • If your order is lost in transit and a replacement cannot be sent, we will issue a refund.
  • In cases where a refund is deemed appropriate by our customer service team after reviewing your issue.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized items and digital downloads, including audio subscriptions and memberships, are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Lost Orders

Returns

  • Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns of non-defective or undamaged products.
